In 2003, having recorded a number of CDs at other studios, I decided to put the money accumulated to fund the next project into buying my own recording equipment. I’ve always been heavily involved in the production of my own recordings, and as interested in what was happening on the mixing desk as I was in actually performing.

After recording, mixing and producing two CDs of my own work, and various demo projects for other musicians I have now made the decision to take the next logical step and look to recording full CD projects for others as well as demos.

I have a small but well equipped project studio capable of 24/96 recording.

It’s ideal for acoustic projects, from a single guitarist/singer up to small groups.

Equipment includes:

Digital Performer 7.2 DAW system based on a Mac G5 dual core computer.

Tannoy Reveal Active nearfield monitors.

Focusrite pre amps and studio controllers.

Euphonix mixer and control surface.

Lexicon PCM91 reverbs as well as software convolution reverbs.

Yamaha reverb & outboard effects

Roland keyboard and midi interface. Reason 4 & Reason Piano.

Antares Auto Tune

Microphones:

Audio Technica, AKG, Neumann, Rode, Shure,Sony, SE
